I am incredibly frustrated to find that the same problems that caused me to leave the previous location have now followed me to this new one. I initially stopped shopping at the former store due to a manager who repeatedly forced a travel spray into my purchases, claiming it was a "gift." However, the total on my receipt never matched the prices on the items I actually selected. It felt like a deceptive sales tactic. I chose this new location because the staff seemed friendly, had a better attitude, and, most importantly, didn’t engage in these pricing tricks. Regrettably, I recently discovered that the same manager has moved here. True to form, she insisted that an atomizer was "part of the fragrance" and told me directly that I couldn't complete my purchase without it. This goes beyond poor customer service; it feels like scamming customers. As a manager, she should understand that forcing add-ons through misleading claims is unacceptable. Her work ethic is lacking, and she should reconsider her approach to treating loyal customers. I won't return as long as she is in charge.
