AVOID THIS SERVICE DUE TO COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS. I ordered a well-known fragrance that I have used for years. The packaging was poor, the lid didn't fit properly, and the scent was terrible. When I contacted the support team for return instructions and a full refund, their reply was clearly a generic response. They ignored my concerns about the counterfeit nature of the product and offered no apology. It's obvious they make the return process as difficult as possible, and I doubt they will provide any refund.
