Using the support page's message box is a waste of time; you won't receive a reply unless you email them directly. I've checked my archive and junk folder, but they insist they've sent a response. I bought a bottle and received one with a different formulation than what was listed. Although the image has changed, the description hasn’t, even after I reached out. I can't return it since I opened it, and there has been no follow-up from them. I expected to get what I ordered, but that hasn’t happened. If I had received a response from their message box, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Their assistance has been lacking. I'll be shopping from a retailer now.
