Bought a perfume gift set. Had an email to say it was dispatched and then nothing for one week. I emailed them, no reply. I contacted them though their website and got a reply within 48 hours. The reply was curt and not helpful. My package was magically (re)shipped a few days later (10 days after receiving the tracking information!)All that said, I've now received my order and it seems genuine and was a good price. However, I don't think I would order from this company again. It seems very hit and miss!
