I placed a small order for the first time on February 13th on the website to see if the company was actually reliable. But so far I haven't reached that conclusion; the only conclusion I've reached is their disregard for the customer. Royal Mail lost the package, and I sent an email to Perfume Hut reporting this and asking what could be done. They replied that they would check and get back to me, but so far nothing. Order 12971PH
