I ordered a men's perfume but received the women's version instead. The return process took over a month, and when my refund was finally processed, they deducted £4.99 for delivery, which was not my fault. After wasting all this time ordering and returning the wrong product, I was charged for the delivery. The customer service was poor; I emailed them for 40 days without any updates on my refund. I strongly do not recommend this company.
