I ordered with a delivery date and it didn’t arrive intime. The recipient of my gift had left the country by the time it was finally delivered. I contacted them and it took days for them to reply and then they refused to do anything and blamed the Royal Mail.

Once they received the product back, all communication simply ceased. This behavior makes the company seem unreliable and untrustworthy. Any reputable retailer should have clear aftersales processes and basic customer communication — neither was evident here. If anything goes wrong with your order, be prepared to chase endlessly for updates. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others to reconsider ordering from this company.

However, the item was not sent out within the promised timeframe, arriving instead on Thursday. I’ll order from a reputable company next time, even if it costs a bit more; as the saying goes, cheaper isn’t always better.
