I returned the product promptly as per their instructions. Since then, the handling of my return has been marked by complete incompetence: No confirmation of the returned item being received, No updates on my refund, Multiple follow-up emails have been ignored, No transparency or communication at all. Once they received the product back, all communication simply ceased. This behavior makes the company seem unreliable and untrustworthy. Any reputable retailer should have clear aftersales processes and basic customer communication — neither was evident here. If anything goes wrong with your order, be prepared to chase endlessly for updates. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others to reconsider ordering from this company.
