The order was incomplete. One of the packages inside was opened, and part of the set was missing. I took photos and filed a complaint with the support team. They blamed the postal service and insisted I provide proof of an official investigation, even though I clearly stated the parcel was intact. After requesting a postal claim and sending them the complaint screenshots, they informed me the time to file a claim had expired. Despite contacting them immediately and providing all necessary details, they acted like scammers, shifting the blame to the postal service. While you wait for a postal response, the store conveniently claims the complaint period has lapsed. I strongly recommend avoiding them; they show no respect for customers.
