Great products, but delivery issues persist

I truly enjoy the products, but the delivery process is quite frustrating as they fail to deliver to the specified pickup address. Furthermore, the package arrived damaged and opened, impacting every item. To make matters worse, I received no confirmation regarding my contact email.

I adore the products, but the delivery experience is incredibly frustrating. They never deliver to the designated pickup address, which is very disappointing. The package arrived damaged and opened, with every item affected. Moreover, I received no confirmation that my contact email was acknowledged.

Despite negative feedback, my experience was positive

Despite seeing numerous negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I ordered within the country, which I believe made a difference. They shipped promptly, but there was a delivery issue that damaged the items. This was managed internally by the courier and the company. I only found out because I tracked my order. I opted for eco-friendly packaging, which came with a caution about its sturdiness. The company reached out to ask if I wanted a reshipment or a refund, and I chose reshipment. It arrived a couple of days later, and everything was in order this time.

Order arrived incomplete

The order was incomplete. One of the packages inside was opened, and part of the set was missing. I took photos and filed a complaint with the support team. They blamed the postal service and insisted I provide proof of an official investigation, even though I clearly stated the parcel was intact. After requesting a postal claim and sending them the complaint screenshots, they informed me the time to file a claim had expired. Despite contacting them immediately and providing all necessary details, they acted like scammers, shifting the blame to the postal service. While you wait for a postal response, the store conveniently claims the complaint period has lapsed. I strongly recommend avoiding them; they show no respect for customers.

Serious misconduct – missing item and financial loss

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered two luxury skincare items, but only one arrived. The parcel was intact, yet one item valued at £130 was missing, along with the invoice and advertised free samples. Instead of resolving the issue, they pressured me to sign a false legal affidavit claiming the entire parcel was undelivered. This was untrue, and they knew it. They insisted it was a requirement from the courier, even though proper claims for missing contents are accepted. They refused to refund or send the missing item, leaving me £130 out of pocket and attempting to shift blame onto me. If anything goes wrong, expect to be dismissed and left without assistance. I had an unexpected customs fee as well. Overall, I lost £200.

I placed an order 9 days ago, and its status is still in preparation. At least the customer service responded to my cancellation request, but I still haven’t received a refund. I will be ordering from another source. Don’t waste your time and money here.
