My order took over a week to ship, which was very disappointing compared to other options. When it arrived, several vials were broken, causing the liquid to leak and spill when I opened the package. The only vial that remained intact lasted just an hour. I suspect these may be diluted, despite the explanations from the company. After reading various reviews, it seems this issue is not uncommon. I would advise opting for other brands, as the prolonged shipping time appears to be a recurring problem. I'm extremely dissatisfied with both my purchase and my initial experience with this brand.
