I ordered three samples, including one of my husband's long-time aftershaves for an advent calendar. However, the bottles arrived with an odd, unpleasant odor. The sample of his fragrance didn't match the original, and the other two lacked the expected complexity. I reached out through their website's contact form, noting the absence of a customer service phone number, which felt suspicious. I was promised a response within 48 hours, but it’s now been 96 hours without any communication. I'm worried about the lack of response and the inability to resolve this issue. They claim authenticity, but the scent suggests otherwise. I plan to contact my credit card company regarding my payment. Additionally, I noticed they don’t allow returns, which seems convenient for them.
