My order took over a week to ship, which is unacceptable compared to other brands. To make matters worse, my vials arrived broken, causing the liquid to leak all over the bag and spill when I opened it. Moreover, the one vial that was intact only lasted an hour. I genuinely suspect these products are diluted, despite the explanations offered by the company. After reading several reviews, it appears this is a frequent issue. I would advise opting for other brands, as the long shipping time seems to be a recurring problem. I am very disappointed with my purchase and my first experience with this brand.
