Like many others, I haven't received my item even after 25 days. The order was meant to take only 4-6 business days. I contacted the support team, who provided tracking information (in another language) showing it has been processing since late December 2025. I cannot recommend this service and can't comment on the product. It appears the affiliate reviews do not reflect a true customer's experience. I advise others to stay away!

I bought the FF 35mm f1.4 lens for L mount, and it's fantastic—sharp with beautiful bokeh. Excellent value. The customer support was responsive, and the lens arrived on time, although the delivery service took over a week to finalize. Despite that, I'm giving a 5-star rating.

I contacted the support team, who were initially responsive but kept requesting more evidence. The delivery service seemed unhelpful, suggesting only to have the sender resend the item. Communication with the support team eventually stopped, and now I'm out of pocket. I wouldn't recommend this service based on this experience.
The customer support is extremely poor. This service is unreliable and irresponsible with its partners. Anyone considering cooperation with this brand should think twice. They seem focused on promoting products for free while neglecting actual customer service.
I ordered a lens 17 days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking shows it was close but then went to several unclear 'next destinations' for the past two weeks. After multiple emails, they finally responded saying it was held up in customs, but the tracking indicates it’s just moving within the same country.
