Bought my pergola end of last year and I can say that my experience so far has been outstanding. The sale through Ebony was smooth and clear. The delivery service through Russell was well organised. The Technical and after sales customer care from Ananya is what every customer care should aspire to. The product itself is a great bit of kit and fairly easy to follow and install myself, however I do have some experience in terms of DIY. Looking at the electronic manuals, I do think it could be improved. The quality of the product is really good in my opinion and overall a great product! I have been recommending this to family and friends.
