Found the whole process from ordering through to installation (done myself) to be very straight forward. Did take quite a while to have everything delivered but this was mentioned very early in the ordering process so was aware there would be a few months delay. Customer service was very good and always willing to answer my questions/concerns (regardless of how daft they were). Special thanks to Tarek who I dealt with on a regular basis and always resolved any problem I had, which were all minimul to be fair. The build quality is great. A very solid piece of kit. If you are securing the frame legs to a porcelain tile or similar and you have the money then you may want to hire someone to come and install for you as it's not for the feint hearted. Happy with the end result though :)
