I purchased three items as Christmas gifts for my wife on December 1. As of December 6, there has been no update on the shipping of this order. I reached out via email for an update but received no response. In contrast, I ordered a dress from a competing brand on December 2, and I had tracking the same day; it arrived at my home in the US by Friday. The only reason I'm rating this company 2 stars instead of 1 is that we've previously ordered from them and the quality of their clothing is excellent. However, customer experience is just as crucial as quality, and they are lacking in this area. Unless you appreciate no communication and uncertain shipping times, I would advise against shopping with this brand until they can show significant improvement.
