I purchased three items as Christmas gifts for my wife on December 1st. Now, on December 6th, there has been no progress with the shipping of this order. I reached out via email for an update, but received no reply. In contrast, I ordered a dress for her from a competing brand on December 2nd, and had tracking information the same day; it arrived at my home in the US by Friday. The only reason I'm giving this company 2 stars instead of 1 is that we've previously ordered from them and the clothing quality is quite good. However, the customer experience is just as crucial as the product quality, and they are lacking in this area. Therefore, unless you prefer poor communication and unclear shipping timelines, I would advise against shopping with this brand until they can show significant improvement.

I attempted to place an order, but during checkout, two of my discount codes were not accepted. These codes were provided by the company itself. I was also surprised by an extra tip request and a €9 shipping cost. If I order over €60, shipping is free. I had high hopes for quality but ended up very disappointed and chose not to complete the order.
My order was delivered to the incorrect address. I've been trying to retrieve my parcel for 20 days, but the delivery service indicated that the sender needs to file an official complaint regarding my order. Now I'm trying to log into my account on their website, but the login isn't working. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever encountered.
I ordered swimwear for €115, and while it took a long time to arrive—which may not be their fault—the top does not fit. I looked into returning it, but I would have to pay for return shipping, which needs to be insured, costing me €72. Even then, there's no guarantee my return will be accepted, as I've seen many others have their returns rejected for silly reasons. Given the price, the return fees shouldn't be so high, and the return process should be better organized. It’s quite disappointing.

It cost me $80 AUD to return them, only for them to sit in Polish customs for three months before being sent back for unknown reasons. I've emailed the company multiple times with no response. I feel like I've wasted $400; it's a truly pathetic experience. Do not use their service.
