I purchased three pieces of swimwear, one of which was nice, but I returned the other two as they were unflattering and didn’t match the online images. Getting a refund has been a nightmare; their returns process is inadequate, raising concerns about the legitimacy of this company. It cost me $80 AUD to return them, only for them to sit in Polish customs for three months before being sent back for unknown reasons. I've emailed the company multiple times with no response. I feel like I've wasted $400; it's a truly pathetic experience. Do not use their service.
