I had a very disappointing experience ordering from the online service. I was only informed about the additional import duty after completing the purchase and when the parcel was ready for delivery. If this information had been provided upfront, I would have opted for delivery within the country. Instead, I was compelled to pay an import duty nearly equal to the cost of the item itself. It truly felt like a hostage situation — pay up or forfeit your order. To add to the frustration, the quality of the items does not match the price at all. For high-priced silk garments, there is no lining, which is unacceptable and clearly a sign of cost-cutting. The finishing and overall quality are far below what is expected from a platform that claims to be premium. With the lack of transparency regarding duties and the subpar quality of the products, this was a highly disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that international customers reconsider before placing an order.
