I placed an order in December. They wrote to me weeks later with a different color that would not work. I asked them to cancel and refund if they couldn’t deliver. This has led to weeks long of back and forth where they are trying to get me to accept anything else and won’t refund me. I’ve picked it up with my bank. This is unacceptable behavior and their scammy behavior needs to be exposed. After you read these, look them up on Reddit and other platforms, it will make this 4.5 review highly suspicious. Not only will I never recommend them to anyone, I plan to make sure everyone in the major desi communities I’m in - Ohio, NY, Texas, Bay Area know what a scam this website is or how poor it’s become. Their awful treatment has not only gained them a dissatisfied customer but an advocate against their HORRIBLE STORE!
