Whatever you do do not buy from this website
Absolutely disgusted with this company. The product I received was not as described — the materials were cheap, nasty quality and completely different from what was advertised, and the stitching and sizing were poor and inaccurate.
I raised a dispute through PayPal and even returned the item at the request of customer service! yet I still ended up having to pay for something I no longer have. I cannot believe PayPal sided with the seller in this situation — it genuinely feels like companies operating like this are being endorsed rather than held accountable.
The customer service experience was just as bad. They were very responsive and friendly when I was placing the order, but once there was a problem they became unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue properly - I wanted to wear the saree to an event which had passed so did not need an exchange just money back! But they conned me to send the item back whilst dispute with paypal was going on!!
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website and think carefully before purchasing. The product quality, customer service, and dispute outcome have all been extremely disappointing.
Shonny and suhail are the worst and knowing paypal were involved still kept emailing me and made me return the item! They knew exactly what they were doing! Frauds!!!
