The shops purchasing experience is fantastic. They have integrated multichannel to the next level. Support is always on at the time of buying and just a message or call away and instantly responsive. Browsing and selection experience and clarity on what you are buying and sizing suggestions are best I have seen. Payment is easy and seamless. The only thing that they could do better is to have a more open return and refund policy. I have seen in other stores (I shop globally) the clothing comes with a loose but very visible wire that goes in from one of the sleeves or legs and wraps around the clothing in such a way that one can try the cloth without any difficulty. But when final one will cut the wire because it is visible. This prevents people to just buy and wear and then try to return. As long as the wire is intact, the clothing could be returned. A open return and refund or try it and return it if you don’t lime it will further boost sales. I had a small issue, and the management Mr Avinash was most helpful and quick to get it immediately resolved to my satisfaction. Over all a great store and I will buy again.
