I have been using Perplexity’s premium services for several months without any issues. Recently, despite having an active Enterprise subscription, my services were unexpectedly stopped, and access was revoked.
We are a new startup, and for the past week we have repeatedly followed up, but there has been no resolution or meaningful response. Our work has come to a complete standstill, and we are receiving only generic replies stating that the team is “working on it” and will respond in a couple of days — yet more than a week has passed with no progress or clarity.
This lack of support and communication is unacceptable. We are left clueless about when our services will resume, and we cannot access critical data needed for our operations.
Please escalate this issue immediately and provide a clear timeline for restoration of our services. Our business cannot continue to be held up without any assurance or support.
