At the end of my order, I was supposed to choose from four gifts. However, I could only select from categories 1, 2, and 4, as category 3 wouldn’t register, which left me feeling cheated. I spent several days trying to resolve this issue but couldn't find a way to get assistance from the support team, so I ended up placing only part of my order. I'm still uncertain about trusting this company.
