I have shopped online and found products through Instagram, that is how I found this brand. I was scared at first because I have been scammed when purchasing products especially when I found it on Instagram. So I went to the main website instead and was really pleasantly surprised. Thank you and I cant wait to receive my products!!!
The products from the company are ones I trust to deliver results. They have curated some lovely sample packs that allowed me to experience their effectiveness. The textures and scents are truly delightful. Just applying them makes me feel transformed and uplifted, even before I notice any changes. I experienced noticeable improvements within the first week of using the sample pack.
This service takes your money without proper communication. After my initial purchase, I began receiving emails about a credit I supposedly needed to use. I liked the product, so I placed additional orders and paid each time. Simultaneously, they initiated an autoship service which I canceled, yet they continued to charge me. I had to ask my card provider to block these charges. Months later, I received a bill for a product I had already paid for, and the representative claimed she couldn't find any record of my payments or subsequent orders. AVOID THIS SERVICE. While the product is decent, there are other options available that won't mismanage your money.
While I appreciate this moisturizer, I wonder if the price is justified given the availability of more affordable alternatives. The packaging is appealing, but I find that I’m just as satisfied with less expensive options from other brands.
At the end of my order, I was supposed to choose from four gifts. However, I could only select from categories 1, 2, and 4, as category 3 wouldn’t register, which left me feeling cheated. I spent several days trying to resolve this issue but couldn't find a way to get assistance from the support team, so I ended up placing only part of my order. I'm still uncertain about trusting this company.
This service promoted a deal on their products but concealed the subscription aspect in the fine print. They make cancellation extremely difficult. I had to make a call, but the conversation was circular. Eventually, the supervisor informed me I could return the unwanted items, which don’t function well at all. Instead of a refund, I received a mere 10-dollar credit from the customer support representative. When I replied with a question, it turned out to be a 'do not reply' email. They clearly never intended to refund me for the unopened items they misled me into purchasing. Disgraceful and unethical business practices. Companies offering quality products should not resort to such tactics.
