I purchased a pair of boots from Perry Ellis that didn’t fit and decided to return them. Over a month has passed since I sent them back, and I have yet to receive the promised refund. Despite repeatedly reaching out to customer service, I’ve been met with no resolution and a frustrating lack of assistance.The customer service experience has been nothing short of deplorable. A brand isn’t just about the products it offers but also about how it supports its customers after the sale. Unfortunately, Perry Ellis falls severely short in this regard, leaving you completely on your own.If you like their clothing style, I strongly recommend shopping in-store to avoid the headaches of dealing with their online services. However, given my experience, I’d advise against purchasing from Perry Ellis altogether. A smooth and respectful post-purchase process should be the bare minimum, and sadly, this brand does not deliver.
