Very easy to use, Great Follow Up

The site is very easy to use. Categorized in a logical way. The site is not cluttered, and is pleasant to use. Checkout is easy and tracking for shipping is simple. The short videos of models help me see how different items "sit" on a body style, which is something I don't see elsewhere. Sale items are clearly marked, and segmented, if that's my interest at that moment. Suggestions help me pair items. I like this feature, and have started to use this more. I'm bad at pairing, especially if I'm trying a new style, so I'd like to see this develop based on my past purchases in addition to suggestions from staff.
