Do not be drawn into their quite impressively designed website and purchasing process.Item received was packed as if I had bought a second hand item for £2.50 off Vinted.No labels at all on product.Some swift responses by emails when I requested return; they offered me 10% then 20% then 30% discount in order for me to keep the goodsOddly, they concluded by saying if I was not satisfied with their offer to reach an amicable settlement, I should return the goods at my own expense without a refund !When I asked them to confirm delivery date being within 30 days of my request for refund (which you are entitled to under Consumer Rights Act 2015) comms have dried up.Tried calling the number on website but does not connect
