Completely agree with other reviews here. Do not be drawn into their quite impressively designed website and purchasing process.Item received was packed as if I had bought a second hand item for £2.50 off Vinted.No labels at all on product.Some swift responses by emails when I requested return; they offered me 10% then 20% then 30% discount in order for me to keep the goodsOddly, they concluded by saying if I was not satisfied with their offer to reach an amicable settlement, I should return the goods at my own expense without a refund !When I asked them to confirm delivery date being within 30 days of my request for refund (which you are entitled to under Consumer Rights Act 2015) comms have dried up.Tried calling the number on website but does not connect
If I could give nil stars I would. Received a jacket for Christmas from this company, material is very thin and zips come apart or fail to zip correctly. I am a size 8 - it fits ok so zip issue is more about quality of material used, very shoddy and would not recommend. I have tried to send back but company is based in China, they will not receive returns to a UK address. Buy from them at your peril.
Ordered a gift for my son. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture. Wrong colour, cheap horrible spandex material.When I tried to go through their refund process, they offered me 10% and then 20% and I could keep the item. When I refused both and got through to the returns policy, I had to send to China at my own expense.Obviously this won't be worth my while as the chances are it probably won't get there inside the 30 days policy and will cost as much as the item itself!!Avoid this company at all costs!! Absolute rip off!!!!
Awful company. Bought a t-shirt which eventually turned up and the quality was horrendous and debatable if it was even legal. Tried to get a refund and like others was offered various percentage reductions just to keep the item. Eventually got a returns process from them which involved sending the item via tracked delivery to China which would cost more than the price paid for the item. When challenged on this as they are allegedly a UK company they quoted a legal directive which only applies in Portugal! Have now raised a dispute through my bank and will report to trading standard. A complete scam of a company - DO NOT USEUpdate: Applied through my bank for a refund which they did. Maybe worth a go if you’ve also been caught by this company.
Items never arrived. I sent numerous emails and only received automated, irrelevant replies. Phone number on site does not ring and messages to this were also ignored. I concluded this is a bogus company and submitted a case to my bank for a refund. Please avoid at all cost
Sadly, I appear to fall into a similar camp to other reviewers here - a crappy, loosely 'similar' version of what was in the picture, and had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Now they want me to send photos of the item, so they can 'decide' if they will issue a returns label, and then possibly a refund. And, obviously, this was meant to be a Christmas present. Great work Perry Streetwear - you must be so proud of yourselves ripping people off. Well done.
