The jacket which I purchased was very poor quality, it was described as having insulation, this was a plastic lining. There were no labels sewn into the jacket. I tried to return the item, emails which I sent were ignored. They eventually gave me the return address which was in China and not the online address in London. They offered me a 20% partial refund and to keep the jacket and then ignored my emails again. I paid by Pay Pal and so they helped me to get the partial refund which they had offered. The cost to return the jacket by tracked mail which they requested would have cost almost as much as the purchase. I lost £80.00 and still have the jacket which I wouldn't even donate to the charity shop. This took 1 month just to get a 20% refund.If they thought the jacket was worth the cost, why would they give the option of a 20% refund plus the jacket?
