I ordered 2 pairs of boots. There was a delay. Ordered on 5/9/25, received on 27/9/25. When I did receive them they were really cheap looking and didn’t fit. I opened a return with the company but they first offered me 10% off to keep them which I declined, then 20% off to keep them which I also declined. They then gave me a Chinese address to return them to at my expense. I queried this as there was no mention of sending them back to China when I ordered from their British website all through the selling process. They sent me back an email to refer me to certain legal clauses one of which was an out of date Portuguese Law. I started a claim with my credit card provider and have been successful but please don’t use this company. They are an outfit who purchase their poor quality goods from China and then won’t let you return them to their British address.
