Awful company. Bought a t-shirt which eventually turned up and the quality was horrendous and debatable if it was even legal. Tried to get a refund and like others was offered various percentage reductions just to keep the item. Eventually got a returns process from them which involved sending the item via tracked delivery to China which would cost more than the price paid for the item. When challenged on this as they are allegedly a UK company they quoted a legal directive which only applies in Portugal! Have now raised a dispute through my bank and will report to trading standard. A complete scam of a company - DO NOT USEUpdate: Applied through my bank for a refund which they did. Maybe worth a go if you’ve also been caught by this company.
