I got scammed by an Australian visa company for £1200. RBS refunded me while they investigated the company. The company by then had disappeared so the RBS took the money back off me. I phoned up every day and spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone to sort out and no one would come to the phone. They promised a call back within 24 hours and no one called then they closed the case and said there is nothing I can do about it now as the case is now closed. I made a complaint and they said they would give me £50! What an insult! They still haven't even donen that!I have since moved banks which I have been wanting to do for years. So glad I have finally made the move. DO NOT bank with them! Your money is not safe!!!
