First the company: Really good customer service and easy to deal with. Helpful guidance on setting up the alarm. The Product: Excellent quality, good features and a very good price point. Usage: The alarm proves its worth over and over. It gives enormous peace of mind to both the carer and the older person. I think that it should be "mandatory" equipment in care situations, particularly where a person is wanting to maintain a level of independence.
