Driving for a direct customer, and not just for a company, made the experience very different. DD makes sure to communicate with myself and the customer over the days leading up to the drive, throughout and once the job is completed. DD was very professional in all aspects of the business side of things as well. She lived up to all guarantees made to the customer while fully covering driver expenses and compensation in a timely manner.
