I had to travel 5 stes to my new home with two pets and needed help in my motels getting my stuff and them safe 3 nights and 4 days. Dd knew my issues surrounding a safe driver personality and ability to drive. Dr. Rollins exceeded that request. Funny., kind and a great tour guide it was the best I have ever experienced. I chose a trucking company for my furniture, a service dd offers with the caveat rhat the rental is loadedvand unloaded. I wish I had gone with her as I sit in an empty house. Rest, knowing Dd the owner has checked internationally on her drivers and only picks those who like herself have had succesful businesses and want to do this in retirement. I love them both and can not put enough stars, though they woukd fill a galaxy. Do not go anywhere else.

I had planned to drive from Maine to Florida with one other person and my two dogs when a storm moved across the country and delayed our departure. Because of the delay, my friend could no longer travel with me, so I began researching alternative options without comfortable success until I came across Personal Drivers.After emailing the company, DD called me immediately. I explained my situation, and within hours she called back to let me know she had found a driver. The communication between DD, Andrew W. (the driver), and me prior to departure was excellent and kept me fully informed about Andrew’s arrival.I chose to meet Andrew at the airport since it was close to the highway, and we began our 26-hour drive. I immediately felt comfortable with him. Andrew was courteous and consistently checked in to see how the dogs and I were doing during the long drive. He stopped whenever we needed breaks, recommended hotel locations along our route and drove confidently and safely the entire trip.I would highly recommend Personal Drivers and Andrew. Both are reliable and professional, and they truly focus on meeting their clients’ needs. Having a professional driver removed all the stress from the journey.

This review comes from a slightly different perspective. I drove for Personal Drivers over the past year. While I had tons of driving experience, this type of work was entirely new to me. Driving for a direct customer, and not just for a company, made the experience very different. DD makes sure to communicate with myself and the customer over the days leading up to the drive, throughout and once the job is completed. DD was very professional in all aspects of the business side of things as well. She lived up to all guarantees made to the customer while fully covering driver expenses and compensation in a timely manner. I always knew that the company was behind me and the customers throughout the completion of each individual driving job whether it was local or cross-country. Overall, it was a great experience working with Personal Drivers.
