It is truly just lovely. Beautiful piece of equipment. Great customer service….courteous and timely. Inter-departmental communication needs to be tightened up so as to minimize confusion with email exchanges. White glove delivery service wasn’t quite up to snuff but given it’s provided by a third party supplier states away, Personal Hour can only control so much. One of the company execs called me (completely unsolicited) to ask my opinion of the level of service provided and asked my permission to address the issues I encountered with the White Glove provider. Can’t ask for more than that. Given these rather minor issues, would I order again? Yes, yes I would. Again and again and again.
