I've been wanting to upgrade my at home reformer and had a few requirements. I wanted something made of wood, I wanted a high weight capacity and I wanted it to fold. My reformer arrived within a couple of weeks, was ready to assemble and is gorgeous! I couldn't be happier.
I recently purchased a Personal Hour Pilates reformer for my home, and I could not be more thrilled with it. It arrived packaged with such care that it reached me in perfect condition. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The beautiful wood frame and the well-made accessories make it not only a high-quality piece of fitness equipment, but a piece of art. It elevates the look of my space instead of feeling like bulky exercise gear.One of the biggest bonuses has been the free app that comes with the reformer purchase. It is phenomenal. The library includes everything from basic beginner sessions to advanced professional-level workouts, which gives me variety and allows me to continually challenge myself. The instructors are clear, motivating, and make it easy to follow along at home.This reformer feels every bit as professional as the ones in top Pilates studios. The smooth movement and overall high-end design show incredible attention to detail. I love that it not only helps me take care of my body, but it truly looks like a work of art in my home. If you’re considering a reformer for home use, this one is an absolute standout.
This is my second reformer purchase and it went very smoothly. The price was excellent. The reformer is above and beyond. I want to spend every minute of the day on it. Shipping, handling and delivery were excellent. I love the foldable feature with this one!
Janet 2.0 Elite (in stock/black) ordered on 9/29, shipped on 10/1 and delivered 10/9/2025. Very quick turnaround. Exceptionally well protected/crated with no damage sustained. Couldn’t be happier. It is truly just lovely. Beautiful piece of equipment. Great customer service….courteous and timely. Inter-departmental communication needs to be tightened up so as to minimize confusion with email exchanges. White glove delivery service wasn’t quite up to snuff but given it’s provided by a third party supplier states away, Personal Hour can only control so much. One of the company execs called me (completely unsolicited) to ask my opinion of the level of service provided and asked my permission to address the issues I encountered with the White Glove provider. Can’t ask for more than that. Given these rather minor issues, would I order again? Yes, yes I would. Again and again and again.
We did not get what we ordered, despite the very high price of this product… your representative, Mark, misrepresented, which we know now, what could easily be replaced, claimed that he did not have access to our order or information, which appears to be bogus, we're not happy at all, this is not a way to run a business. Very unhappy, and expect management to please reach out to us to resolve this immediately. Thank you.
Mostly assembled . A very sturdy carriage and the workmanship is beautiful.. Folds nicely, but only in the lowest leg height position, which puts it almost on the floor. If you want it up higher from the floor to use? Cannot fold it all the way.. I did not get any blue springs and trying to find a phone number to contact a human has not been easy.
