ISA great, Transfer of pension is a disaster - still ongoing. Like a lot of UK residents I have few pension pots. As financial advice I've decided to transfer one of the pots to JP Morgan. Process started in December. Mid January still no news, welcome pack etc. I've decided to give them a call and they realised there has been a technical issue. I was reassured it will be sort then quickly and I will get all the information. Week passed and nothing. Another contact apology. 2 days later I get a welcome pack - wrong details, wrong pension. We are now in week 4 of initial contact - no communication and constant reply - we are working on it we will be in touch and nothing. Please consider twice before opening pension with them as of you care about your money you might pass before you get a response.
