DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. ORDER RECEIVED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Don’t buy anything from them

Don’t buy anything from them. I brought a expensive collar and line with a name on. Today I received it. They promised it was in leader but it is all plastic- my dog is allergic to plastic so she stated scratching all over her neck. There was a big black spot - like somebody had tried to make a hole halfway through the collar. I have contacted them 3 times at email and 2 till at costume service but they never answer. I know now that I never will get my money back.

Avoid completely!!!

After fitting the collar on my puppy I noticed firstly that there is no loop on the collar to put the excess end of the leather in.After only ten minutes she had chewed the end of the collar because she could reach the part sticking out.After 3 days of wearing the collar we noticed that the dye from the black part of the collar is leaving a stain around her neck that is not coming off even with washing.Also, I have left feedback on their site a few days ago but I see it's not been made public yet. I also emailed them and filled out their customer service form but no reply. I have opened a case with PayPal.

A small order

A small order, money left my account swiftly. Eventually a tracker came, no delivery, since then . Now almost two months later. Told on phone it was coming, problem with parcelforce etc another tracker, no action. Sent e mails , no reply, dreadful dreadful customer service. I would avoid at all costs, totally unprofessional.
