I ordered an item on Jan 24. They said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. Guess what? It won't come until Feb 3! It's totally useless to me because it will arrive AFTER we have our celebration. It's our 57th wedding anniversary. Who knows if we will make it to our 58th anniversary! I am furious. Don't trust this company!

I tried to order personalized doormats advertised for around $36, but after completing the ordering process, I discovered a $36 service fee for each personalized item, effectively doubling the cost.
