Like many others, I wish I had seen these reviews two weeks ago! I ordered on December 12th with 'guaranteed Christmas delivery' and paid for express shipping (1-2 working days). However, nothing has arrived, and I've received no email responses. It seems all the positive reviews on their website are fake, so I advise avoiding this service.
