Ordered print in Nov as Xmas present, was sent the edit shortly after and said I was unhappy as it looked like AI slop — nothing like the social media ad.
They came back with a ‘fixed’ version which I was still unhappy with so asked for a refund. Was told no as the ‘artists’ had already created images for me. Artists?! You mean ChatGPT?
After being refused refund, told them to send it anyway. It is now the end of January 2026 and I have not received my image. They are a nightmare to contact and don’t respond.
Avoid at all costs.
I just received my order today, perfectly timed for Christmas, and I'm really happy with it. I ordered two prints around December 11th featuring dogs in Southend shirts and received them this morning. The quality is excellent. While communication was lacking, I suspect it's due to the high volume of Christmas orders. I would certainly use this service again.

Like many others, I wish I had seen these reviews two weeks ago! I ordered on December 12th with 'guaranteed Christmas delivery' and paid for express shipping (1-2 working days).
