We have been using Personnel Checks for a few years and we have recently started using YOTI which has made a difference to the ease of applying for DBS for workers who live further afield from the main office.
The phones are always answered promptly and the staff very helpful.
Because i was very worried about my DBS application and other formalities to meet with but since i have spoken with Jordan,i am feeling a lot better and satisfied, Because she has not just emaild me but also emaild Licensing Services too at Wolverhampton Council, So much appreciated and satisfied with the outcome.

Louise was prompt, polite and extremely helpful in sorting the issue about my continuing log in failings issues [of the last 3/4 months] and hopefully has now corrected the user name character issue so I don't have to go through the call/passwords update palaver again!
