The staff at Allison & Taylor were unbelievably knowledgeable, supportive, and empathetic to my needs to conduct a reference check. They cared about me and my concerns and this was reflected not only in the quality of service they provided but in my multiple dealings with them. They were willing to go above and beyond for me and interacted with several different people and follow up with several different leads for no extra costs. I ordered the expedited service, which was incredibly affordable and completed within just a couple hours of purchase, something I was not expecting. This company has far exceeded any expectations I could have had, and I feel very lucky to have chosen them to assist me with such a stressful situation. They really wish to provide their clients with the best service available and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I worked specifically with Jeffrey who truly did more than what I paid for to give me all the information I need. Would extend my upmost recommendations, they are the only company I would trust.
Wonderful customer service and even more great service that helps push actual accountability with former employers. In a wild west world where employers were previously OK to lie or defame out of retaliation, this service creates a world where prior managers cannot do so without fear of it having legal consequences. I can not believe I spent money on this company, not once, but twice. I thought it was a professional service based on the reviews , but instead I experienced first hand on two occassions a lack of follow-up, a lack of concern on emails I sent with questions, no real sense of urgency when you place a rush order and the icing on the cake is I order a service from the web site. What was given to me didn't match what I ordered. I was told I made a mistake, but if one would take careful notice the product I ordered was a service they offered, but I was told otherwise. A waste of money. A waste of time. What a true dissapointment.
I ordered an executive reference check for $99.00. A day after I placed my order, I noticed I had given them an incorrect name to contact so I sent them an email and they corrected it immediately and without charge. I was pleased with the report they provided and their service. I would use them again and recommend them to others!
Very dedicated level of service from Jeffrey Alex and Jeff Shane - I loved the fact that there was a log and the option to email back and forth with the reporter with feedback. I would be very happy to recommend them and will likely use their services again.
They did what they said they would do. Now I know what kind of reference I am getting from my job. Because of this, I have peice of mind that I'm not getting s bad reference and can adjust how I look for work. This has been a huge burden lifted off my back.
