Perte d ego ruined my wedding!
Purchased suits online in November for a February wedding. Reached out to customer service with measurements etc as asked, confirmed with customer service that both suits would be arriving on time for February 5th. They confirmed. No changes made to shit outside of color of jacket on one.
First suit arrived 6 days before wedding. Held in NYC to pay tariff. Second suit arrived on February 7 after paying tariff on February 4th.
Speaking to customer service is absolutely slow and painful. It takes days or almost weeks to get replies.
Promises and guarantees made by customer service mean absolutely nothing.
Got married in an old suit because we were trying to be so positive that they would both come. Looked out of place and honestly felt stupid that my husband looked amazing and I looked like a wedding guest. Imagine once in a lifetime event, photos, videos and memories no way to get that back. Emailed customer service to let them know how disappointed we were and how we felt so disrespected, maybe due to same sex wedding. Two weeks later they gave us an $80 coupon for ruining the most important day of our lives.
