Absolutely non-existent customer service. They are prompt to reply when it comes to measurement taking but the second you have any issue it is radio silence. They made my suit smaller than the measurements I sent and there has been no response at all from four emails, instagram messages and posts. They just want your money - avoid them!
The clothes are great. Very stylish and I always get compliments when I’m wearing their stuff. I’ve been buying from them for years. It is true it takes a bit longer to get items from them. So I wouldn’t order thinking you can wear it for an upcoming event for example. I just buy what I like and know it’s coming eventually. I’ll keep buying because I love the unique fashion.

Two months later (8 Feb): no delivery, no refundI placed an order on 30 November.As of 8 February, more than two months later, I have neither received my order nor a refund.I contacted customer service multiple times:First I was told my order would ship in 7–8 business daysLater I was told 3–4 business daysNone of these promises were keptDue to the excessive delay, I clearly asked to cancel the order and receive a refund.I also explicitly stated that I do not want the items shipped anymore.Despite this, my cancellation request was ignored, the order was not refunded, and communication became unreliable.This is not a small delay — it is a complete failure in order fulfillment and customer service.Keeping a customer’s money for months without delivering the product or issuing a refund is unacceptable.I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I have not received the item i purchased yet, but wanted to comment on the shipping and customer service: I purchased an items weeks ago and never received a shipping notice. I reach out via their customer service email with no response, but did receive a response when requesting a shipping update when replying directly from the order confirmation email. Shortly after replying to the confirmation email, they let me know they were shipping and received a shipping notice a few days after. Since then, the item came through DHL and I received a customs request since it shipped from India. The customs cost about half of the item's worth, so I recommend keeping that is mind for any US buyer.
I ordered my son’s shirts for Christmas on 11/30. I contacted the company and told them I needed the shirts for Christmas. They told me they would rush it. I emailed them again before Christmas and told them I had not received the shirts and that they were supposed to be here by Christmas. To date 1/5, I have received nothing. They ignored my last email. Then I got a bill from DHL for $88 in tariffs. The company should have told me I would receive the shirts before Christmas. Instead they strung me along. The tariff is a just a warning. My $200+ shirt was considerably more. This is not the company’s fault but I emailed them right after the order to let them know the shirts were needed for Christmas. They should have told me it wasn’t possible AND that there would be a tariffs delay. I would never do business with them again.
