The T-shirt itself is high quality and I’m happy with the product, but the experience of getting it was unacceptable. I was told 15 days, yet it arrived 3 months later. I ordered on December 2nd for a specific event, and it didn’t arrive until March, making it useless for its intended purpose. On top of the long wait, there was zero communication from the team—I had to constantly chase them for updates. To make matters worse, I was hit with an unexpected government tax/fee that wasn't included in the already high price.
No updates, no proactive communication!!
Is the shirt nice? Yes.
Is it worth a 3-month wait, zero communication, and surprise taxes? Absolutely not.
