I ordered my son’s shirts for Christmas on 11/30. I contacted the company and told them I needed the shirts for Christmas. They told me they would rush it. I emailed them again before Christmas and told them I had not received the shirts and that they were supposed to be here by Christmas. To date 1/5, I have received nothing. They ignored my last email. Then I got a bill from DHL for $88 in tariffs. The company should have told me I would receive the shirts before Christmas. Instead they strung me along. The tariff is a just a warning. My $200+ shirt was considerably more. This is not the company’s fault but I emailed them right after the order to let them know the shirts were needed for Christmas. They should have told me it wasn’t possible AND that there would be a tariffs delay. I would never do business with them again.
